About the Role:

The Customer/Sales Support role is responsible for assisting with the management of customers of Canberra Data Centres. You will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operations of the Customer team by handling the administrative tasks of the team and our customers. 

Other responsibilities include:  

  • Drafting and tracking contract renewal requirements and drafting renewal correspondence
  • Tracking and following up with Account Executives to ensure contract paperwork progressed
  • Contract support, including communications with Finance and other internal stakeholder
  • Assisting with the preparation of sales documentation such as quotations and proposals, tenders, reporting and presentations 
  • Maintain pricelists and templates for client interactions
  • Cadence and ad hoc reporting for clients
  • Create, manage, and maintain reports on client interaction as required
  • Understand CDC responsibilities for the delivery of the contract/contracts against any required KPI’s
  • Follow company policies and procedures on the delivery of specific contracts. 
  • Facilitate and support transition in of new toolsets
  • Act in an ambassadorial capacity for the company 

About You:

  • Experience with contract management systems 
  • Demonstrated high level of professional skills 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills 
  • Display key personal qualities including the ability to work remotely, be a team player and exhibit excellent communication skills at all levels 
  • Display a strong commitment to customer service with a focus on deliverables.

Essential:

Australian citizenship and ability to obtain an NV1 Security Clearance
