About the Role:

We are looking for a Facility Caretaker based at our Sydney, NSW campus to create and maintain elevated levels of presentation of the data centre, ensuring facilities are maintained in the best possible condition.

Other responsibilities include:

• Spot sweep grounds
• Mop and vac rooms as required
• Remove Cobwebs from external areas
• Clean external and internal glass as required
• Check on Rubbish removal and rotate skips as required
• Check Roof Gutters, clean out as necessary
• Empty Bins and Vacuum Offices
• Tidy boardroom including clean and stock up Nespresso, Milk, tea bags and instant coffee.
• Spray and Wipe toilets, mop floors and top up rolls and paper towels
• Check Entry voids; Vac, Mop and dust as required
• Change Sticky Mats
• Clean In Row Cooler covers on rotation
• Vac Foyer and Offices sills and ledges, check for cobwebs
• Clean internal doors, remove scuffs from doors and walls
• Check cleanliness of temporary site offices if in use

Other duties

• General help with deliveries and materials handling
• Check docks are clear for any incoming deliveries

About You:

• Proven work experience in a “housekeeping’ or similar role
• Customer-oriented attitude

Essential:

Australian citizenship and ability to obtain an NV1 Security Clearance
